Default Ticket#825867

Hello. Just trying to see what's going on with my ticket. The last status I got was that the replacement unit was booked for shipment and tracking number will be sent to your email once available. But it has been over a week now with no tracking number/ that normal? Thanks.

I've been waiting almost 3 months for a reply on mine so I assume this is normal.
