If not, ensure that: 1. your H80i is connected to a power source via the SATA connector 2. the supplied USB cable (mini-B to 9-pin USB internal connector) is connected to the pump and motherboard 3. you have the latest USB drivers If all of that checks out, try the following: 1. Try a different internal USB header 2. Connect the pump to an external USB port using a USB mini-B to USB-A cable (same cable used to charge a PS3 controller) 3.
