Default RMA ticket no response for 17 days

Hi

I have a support ticket open 902236(historical) 2000422668(new) for a faulty hx750 psu.

It has been approved and I've heard nothing for over 2 weeks. 17 days!

Can someone tell me what is going on...

Thanks. I've had a reply come through.

I am to return my PSU but where do I find the shipping label? After the migration of the service desk system to zendesk the link is no longer available in the top right and I can't find it in my emails.
