Reimu Posted August 1, 2015 Share Posted August 1, 2015 My Corsair Vengeance H2100 headset has been having this problem for some time. The lights on it and the dongle indicate it is connected, but it does not show up in the audio menu. Device Manager reports it does not have a driver and refuses to install one from Windows Update. Uninstalling the device and reinserting the dongle doesn't help. Neither does restarting. I've tried discharging it, to no effect. It's rendered the headset useless. Toasted Posted August 18, 2015 Share Posted August 18, 2015 Try the dongle on another computer. Does the hardware id change or is it still PID 1B1B?
