Question 4937988 (PSU) & 4935292 (H50), will come in the same package!

Hi,

Just so you guys are prepared for it... I labeled the PSU with it's ID aswell as the CPU cooler and put them together in a shipping box (instead of 2). Which have been sent to the Corsair returns department in Netherlands.

I didn't had time to scan my receipt for the PSU. So I will do that soon. Where can I upload it for your eyes only?

According to what you posted it has only just left Sweden and have not been delivered to our Hub in Almire yet.
I would give it till Next Monday and check it again, but I will send a message to our customer service to be looking for your package.

I would suggest installing SKYPE and calling the toll free number listed under contact on the main site, to follow up with your case with our customer service.

Will try that later. Is the status of the RMA always accurate/updated? It says that the defective parts haven't been recieved yet. But they left Sweden a couple of days ago.

Yesterday someone called me about 16:49 from an unknown number. Could be UPS or the delivery company you guys use. So, could you please do a search on RMA ID and see what's up? The Swedish tracking ID gets changed when it arrives in Netherlands.

I am sorry but there is no update yet, I have sent a message to our customer service as I stated previously there is not a lot I can do and speaking with our customer service would be the first step.
And no the tracking system is not real time and it will take 24-48 hours to receive the items in the system.

No, got a problem with the router/ports so Skype don't work properly. Can't we proceed without this step? What's the status on my case?

Any chance that I will recieve my package this Friday instead?
