Help on buying lighting for my system

Hey all,

I'm looking to buy a 570x, as well as 3 more SP120 fans to go along with it. I also want to buy enough of the corsair RGB strips (http://www.corsair.com/en-gb/corsair-link-rgb-led-lighting-kit) to complete one lap of the case (along the inside edge, left side).

My questions are:

1. What does all the CLNB and CLCB stuff mean?
   
2. How many LED strips will i need?
   
3. What will i need to buy to be able to sync them all up through LINK to have any custom lighting effect i want (custom lighting effect that LINK offers)? (e.g. pulsing white)
   
4. How would i connect it all up?
   
5. What ports does everything use?
   

I'm really confused so could someone please explain everything here? xD
