Ticket system inop on mobile device?

Hello,

 

I created a ticket & RMA'd some memory and the RMA dept apparently received it a week ago.

The problem I have is I'm trying to view my ticket to check on the status from my phone (no memory = no computer), but each time I try all I get is a screen that says my "Salesforce edition or user license isn't supported yet". And this doesn't change even if I force the full regular site in the browser. I've also tried 3 different browsers.

 

I'd just like to know the status of my claim...?

Switching to desktop mode is a temporary setting in your browser, and this is different than clicking a link on a website that says switch to full site.

 

On Chrome, click the 3 dots in the top right and select Request Desktop Site.

On Safari, hold down on the refresh icon and then select Request Desktop Site.

While I had been forcing the desktop site just like that the day I posted this thread, it still wasn't working for some reason. BUT, tonight I try again & it works fine when forcing the desktop site.

 

Must have just been a glitch, either way it's good now.
