Corsair M60 Rebate

Hi, I have a question regarding the mail in rebate for the Corsair M60 FPS Mouse I recently purchased. I want to know if I can just get a photocopy of my receipt and can I take a photo of the UPC? Due to the fact that it's stuck on the plastic packaging and I don't want to take the chances of it being ripped. Much appreciated, thanks in advance. :)

You can include the packing slip for the Invoice and you will have to include the UPC code it should be stuck on the side of the BOX not on shrink wrap.
