alex_87 Posted March 19, 2019 Share Posted March 19, 2019 After clicking the link in the ticket to enter my card details, I click 'do not save my details' and then 'submit'. But I get the error message 'You have invalid address/phone, please edit your address and try again'. I called support and they were kind of useless... he just told me to try incognito and if that didn't work to clear my browser cache. Of course, this didn't help either. I have checked my phone number and address on the ticket and they are both right so I have no idea what to do next.... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
