Default No progress on ticket #853111


I submitted ticket #853111 on 2/11/2019, and other than the automatic "rule response", I have not seen any reply.

When can I expect someone to look at my ticket?

Hello Hikyuuri,

I've viewed your ticket and I can see it is being currently worked on. I will check up on it tomorrow as well to see if I can get an agent to look at the refund for you.
