Default Missing H100i

After the win 10 update, my link also stopped seeing my H100i. i followed most of the suggestion. tried different cables and ports, tried finding it in the device manager, no luck on anything, and the fans just stayed at one speed.

the only solution i have found that works for me is to roll back the update.

Start -> Setting -> Updates and security -> recovery -> go back to previous version of windows.

there is also an option to stop updates for 30 days, hopefully that will be enough time for corsair to fix this.

hope this helps others.

Link 4.7.9 still locks up on me within the first 10-20 minutes, without exception. App is unresponsive, cannot close it from the task bar drop down. I have to force quit in Task Manager, then relaunch and it works as expected.

Win 10 Pro 1803. I don't remember this being an issue before the "April" Windows update.

It still doesn't detect proper temperatures for the Ryzen 7 2700X.

Come on Corsair! You have good hardware, lets get the software end of things up to speed. 4.9.7.35 needs to be fixed, lets go!!

It sounds like you have the control variable set to the CPU temperature rather than the coolant temperature.
Set your control variable to the coolant temperature and put the fans back on the cooler's header. That's how it should be controlled.

I'm in the same boat where Link no longer recognizes my H100i. I've tried the recommendations in this thread, but no luck. I'll roll it back.

Now I can't get the earlier versions to recognize the cooler. I tried 4.9.7.35, 4.9.4.28 (what I was using before the update), and 4.6.0.86. None of them show the cooler. I've done a complete uninstall, checked the BIOS USB settings, etc.

Default Corsair Link Wish List LED Colors

I just installed the Commander Pro and its working well. I have the Corsair SP 120 fans and I am using the Sequential (channel effect). I would like to ask that you add a section that we can pick the colors for the random section. I would love to choose 5 colors or so and maybe speed control for this setting as well.

Thanks

Am I able to use Corsair link to control RGB profiles for my K70 RGB keyboard, in particular rainbow effects or is that strictly CUE? I just picked up the keyboard :)

For keyboards, you would use CUE or the new iCUE. iCUE will control all current Corsair RGB devices.

Reply from Corsair via my support ticket:

"We have tested this against a Ryzen 2 and can verify that yes, the temperatures are reporting incorrectly in our software. We are currently working on a fix for this, and should hopefully have something out in a future update soon. We apologize for any inconvenience which this is is causing."
