Scimitar Profile change button issue

Hi,

Ii have recently replaced my old Scimitar with a new Scimitar PRO. I use the 'Switch Profile' button as my push to talk via the CUE software where II rebind the button.

On the previous Scimitar this wasn't an issue but on the Pro after holding the button in it decides to flash and revert to being a profile changing button as well as my push to talk.

This is highly frustrating and I've tried everything possible to get this resolved. There aren't any profiles on the CUE software except my custom one but it still seems to change to phantom profiles which affect the dpi.

As you can imagine, mid gaming when I want to talk the profile gets changed and my dpi gets super high/low.

I read that there was a firmware update coming to solve this issue but that was 6 months ago and I don't know where to look.
