Corsair HX450 series modular PSU - possible floppy drive connector problem

Dear valued customer:

We recently discovered a problem with a small number of modular cables that shipped with the following Corsair power supplies in Europe and Japan :

CMPSU-450HX
CMPSU-450HXAU
CMPSU-450HXEU
CMPSU-450HXJP
CMPSU-450HXCN
CMPSU-450HXUK

This problem only affects 450HX power supplies with serial numbers beginning with R0811, all other Corsair power supplies are fine. The floppy disk drive power connector may be wired incorrectly on your modular cable. Please do not use this connector to power any devices. The rest of the connectors are all wired correctly and may be used safely.

We regret that this problem occurred and will provide you with a complete set of replacement cables at no charge.

2009年1月より販売が開始された450W電源（型番：CMPSU-450HXJP）に同梱されているケーブルの一部に、不具合が見つかりました.。

今回不具合が見つかったのは、450W電源（型番：CMPSU-450HXJP）に同梱されているフロッピー・ディスク・ドライブケーブル（以下、FDDケーブル）です。対象型番の初回ロットの一部に同梱されているFDDケーブルは、誤った配線処理がされており、使用するとシ ステムに重大な影響を及ぼす可能性があります。
該当製品をご利用のお客様は、このケーブルを使用せず、お買い求め頂いた販売店様へお問い合わせの上、ご返品頂きます様、お願い申し上げます。

誤った配線がされているのは該当製品に同梱しているFDDケーブルのみで、それ以外のケーブルについては問題なくご利用頂けます。また、CMPSU-450HXJP以外の電源製品に同梱されているFDDケーブルについては、一切問題は見つかっておりません。
