xathian
Brother's HS1 USB requires repairing. Same old story you've seen before, left ear cup no longer has sound unless you hold the wire a certain way, I need to fix this but I'd like to know if anyone else had any luck fixing it? RMA is not an option, he has misplaced the box and manual and everything, all he has is the headset.

xathian
Are you kidding me? I can stick just the headset in the box and RMA it? Wow, I've seen RMA rejections over dented boxes and missing manuals because they "Need to be as purchased".
Wired
The headset is the product. The rest is just fluff. They may ask for the receipt, but that's rare. You can start the RMA process here: http://www.corsair.com/helpdesk/
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted September 13, 2012 Corsair Employee Share Posted September 13, 2012 Are you kidding me? I can stick just the headset in the box and RMA it? Wow, I've seen RMA rejections over dented boxes and missing manuals because they "Need to be as purchased". We're awesome like that. All we ask is package in a way where it won't get damaged during shipping. We only require the actual product to make it back here for RMAs.
