xporla Posted June 13, 2019 Share Posted June 13, 2019 I had already shipped out the keyboard, the keyboard now is free from Taiwan custom and it got delivered to you guys but when i try to check the status of my RMA at https://support.corsair.com it redirects me to a new site where my RMA ticket is not there.
