zpko Posted June 28, 2019 Share Posted June 28, 2019 (edited) So I've had this headset for ~2 weeks now and it has been working as it should for the most part but I haven't used my PC for a few days and, today when I booted up my PC, something happened. The USB transmitter was blinking and I couldn't turn the headset on so I thought it maybe wasn't charged so I went to charge it. Nothing happened. So here I am, I have no idea what to do, or if I'm missing something because this is my first wireless headset. Any help appreciated. Edit: I think it is because I need to charge it but the LED light doesn't light up when I charge it. Edit 2: I used "force update" to update to firmware v.064 in iCue and my headset started working again but the LED light still doesn't light up and as soon as I unplug the charger, it dies and I have to plug it in and force update it to get it working again. zpko Posted July 5, 2019 Author Share Posted July 5, 2019 (edited) it is back to being crap again. yay. edit: it was fixed but it went back to being crap after like 2 hours edit 2: aaaaaaand i fixed it by switching USB ports so I started charging it and after a while I went on a walk.
