raymov Posted January 23, 2019 Share Posted January 23, 2019 Ticket #753269 "Faulty: Write errors" for a USB flash drive was closed without a response which is disappointing customer service. Ticket was updated by us on 21/11/18 (over two months ago) after receiving an invalid prepaid shipping label. A followup was sent by us a week later and also in December without any response, now status shows 'Your ticket is closed". How can we resolve this without further delay?
