Faulty: Write errors - Ticket closed without a response

Ticket #753269 "Faulty: Write errors" for a USB flash drive was closed without a response which is disappointing customer service.

 

Ticket was updated by us on 21/11/18 (over two months ago) after receiving an invalid prepaid shipping label.

 

A followup was sent by us a week later and also in December without any response, now status shows 'Your ticket is closed".

 

How can we resolve this without further delay?

I am very sorry for the huge delay in the response to your ticket, I am looking at your ticket right now and I am take ownership of it so you won't have any further delays. I will request for a new prepaid label for you as well. I have also re-opened the ticket so we can work on your RMA.
