At first all fans lighted up, but after a few seconds two of them shut down, and now only port 1 light up the fans. I tried switching between fans, and the light works with every fan in port 1. c-attack Posted July 22, 2019 Share Posted July 22, 2019 If all the fan light up in RGB Lighting Hub port 1 and none of them light up in with fans on 1 + 2, then you likely have a broken circuit in the hub. Contact support through the ticket system in the menu above or from the Corsair website. The devices are serial, so make sure you are testing 1,2,3.. etc. and not 1, 4, 6.
