No progress on ticket #849234

Bought Corsair One i160, few days after fan became very loud. Created ticket, they asked stress test report. After getting it support went silent. Excuse me, this is almost $4k PC, it is very expensive. Can you imagine how do I feel for spending this lot of money for broken unit?

I can't get a replacement, what the heck? Support keep telling me some excuse over the phone like their tool is not working and they cant check if unit is available or don't want to charge me twice. I am waiting more than a week for replacement! Are you kidding me? I bought $3600 defective PC THAT I CANNOT USE AND I CANNOT GET A REPLACEMENT! HUH?! WHAT IS GOING ON?
