JUMBO CASE - Custom build

JUMBO CASE - Custom build

This time not CORSAİR case and not case mod , Custom made…

And a quite big case…

At one of my friend’s request we have planned a case so;

The case will be made for 2 Mainboards

It will have the opportunity of a large watercooling(25X120 rads)

The Evo radiator which is used will be moded. From 3 channels, the one in the middle will be connected to the compressor.

With this radiator, if it is needed, by running the compressor, extra cooling can be provided.

The frame of the case is sheet iron profile.

Used 2 mm aluminum plates.

Then , firstly it is undercoated with epoxy ground coat, later it is painted mat black with spray paint .

The necessary plexi pieces are self made .and it is delivered to my friend as a naked case.

After this, hardware will be established by him.

I completed my duty by making the case only.

The next phase is depend on my friend’s studies.

there are alot of HDD watercoolers or noise ısolated - internal hard drive enclosure,to reduce HD noise .

it is impossibele to make a passive HDD silencer and cooler together.

but it is possible to make noise isolated HDD watercooler. And done…

update 20/08/2014

To open the heavy upper chamber with full of rads , ı have used lifts, that ı used many times on my cases. For example on a Bench case, ı used these gas spring arm. 4 years ago..

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/571/tkrv.jpg

And ı made these bench

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/716/zl4p.jpg

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/842/spuc.jpg

Today frozen cpu uses it…

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/843/nesq.jpg

and ı used the same gas spring arm on my JUMBO case too.

To open the upper part of the case.

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/198/izko.jpg

İt contais 16X 120mm rad …and I have placed the rads like terracce houses , like Frozen CPU

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/706/k0h1.jpg

You can see how does it work at this Video.

This is going to be one heavy computer!

Has it been risk assessed??? lol

İf you think the safety of concrete slab becouse of weight.. it is used at ground floor in a country house… No need to worry…

Of course it is a big case…JUMBO , but how much . We can compare

Corsair 900D is:

25.6’’ X 27.2’’ X9.9’’ (650 mm X 692 mm X 252 mm)

Magnum STH 10 is:

32.25’’ X 26.56’’ X 11.25’’ (819 mm X 675 mm X 286 mm)

And JUMBO is

35.30’’ X 29” +11’’ X 11’’ ( 900 mm X 800mm + 300mm X 280 mm)

I have a little house. , and it is built in a 8 M2 room for my frİend. And he has a big room for the case.

We must not forget it is built:

for 2 Mainbords + a big Watercool sytem with 25 x120 mm rads + compressor cooling

What is this computer for? !

More importantly, how can I become as awesome as you! :p

I haven't really done much modding (did a psu once), but this is. ... building and design, its really cool man!

We have a proverb in Turkey. it means :

“ If you work as much as me , you can make much better from me… “

This is the only way to make better worklogs.

As ı said, he modded an EVO rad. Evo has 3 paralel chanels

http://imagizer.imageshack.us/v2/800x600q90/842/awo6.jpg

he used the center channel for compressor cooling for the rad ,as a phase change system and then the left and right channels for watercooling.

I believe "transport donkey" is the phrase you are looking for ;):. The last thing anyone needs on the job is a hot dogger on a forklift. Those things are dangerous in the wrong hands.

I think the most fun ones I ever drove were some John Deere skid steers (a lot like Bobcats). You literally drove those like a tank, only umpteen times more nimble. You normally ran them with the throttle set to flat out. They could turn on a dime and get 9.5¢ change.

I have driven a few of them in my time.

The rough terrain ones were the most fun.

My licences have expired now though.

I retired from the company I drove for ten years ago (I worked in warehousing but that involved a lot of forklift driving as well as some mobile and pendant cranes) so I'm not exactly certified anymore.
