I requested a rma for my front usb panel in my 600t white. the rma number #4996764 was issued on 30 august and they told me that they will ship a new i/o front panel. After 1 week i don't see any update in the messaging thread with tech support. At least a message to tell me that we received the rma and we are working on it.
