Default Corsair Force GT 120 GB write speed issue

Hi all,

I just tested my drive its on a SATA 3 port am getting fine read speeds but my write speed seems a little low at 176mb here is a screen shot.

Am just wanting to know if this is normal i have not aligned my drive to 4k sectors yet could this be the issue?

This is my first solid state drive so am really new to this just thought i would get around 400mb write speed at the lowest.

Any help?

Incase the image does not show up direct link.

With no background application doing something. Eg. Antivirus scans, surfing the web, windows updates, etc.
