Neverbloom12 Posted July 28, 2016 Share Posted July 28, 2016 So I plug in my Void headset without CUE installed and it functions completely fine, however the moment I install CUE my computer says my headset has been disconnected and no longer appears in my playback options which is very frustrating. I have tried different USB ports and restarting my computer which neither fix the issue, as well as having both the firm and software completely up to date not to mention reinstalling the software (the moment I uninstall it works fine again) I am new to using CUE so if there is somthing I should be doing in order to get it functioning please let me know. Toasted Posted July 30, 2016 Share Posted July 30, 2016 Are you using Windows 7? If so, it may be Windows failing to verify the driver signature error. A 'fix' for it would be to disable driver signature enforcement. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
