Just received my 400R in the mail today from Newegg and noticed I didn't have the extra screws or rubber grommets for the rest of the fan slots. Do I need to put an RMA through Newegg to get these shipped to me or should I call Corsair tomorrow when they are open? If Corsair, does anyone have a phone number that I need to call?

Well I called customer service at 11:00 EST. I was told the person that handles the screws would be in shortly and call me back to get my info so they could send me screws. I left my cell phone # so I would not miss the call, unfortunately no one called back. Is there a specific person I can ask for to get this screw thing taken care of?? I wanted them for this weekend to mount my new fans.. guess thats not happening

Hi, I bought some fans to put into my case when I noticed that my case did not come with any extra screws. Can I just buy the screws themselves instead of the accessory box? I already submitted an RMA case (#5673207) if buying them isn't possible but I haven't heard back from anyone.

I also did not receive screw with the 400r case. I put in an RMA through the site, but did not receive any e-mail confirmation. Is there anything else we should do to get the screws we need. I need 16 of them.

Wait for a few days and see if you get a reply. If not, you can call customer service via phone and ask them.

I have heard from someone asking for the shipping info which I sent but it has been almost 2-3 weeks since then and have not had any updates or anything and I'm just wondering how much longer it will take? My case is 5673207.

My case number is 6027666, waiting weeks now to be put my Corsair branded fans into my Corsair branded 400r case, must admit not happy. They are sending me the 400r accessory kit that doesn't have the screws. Waste of my time means I will have to reconsider buying Corsair unless this gets resolved quickly.
