i did some reading on this issue because it really makes one curious ..
some say its the mb some say its the cpu i even read that its an os issue
and that windows 7 users are not having this problem at all . that is if we
consider it to be a problem . as i dont see any system malfunctions
resulting from it ..
i mean GTR racing cars makes lots of noise but that dosnt mean these is
something wrong with the machine ..
i dont have this noise and i wouldnt want it to happen to my system
so i can understand why the posters in this thread are concerned
about it ..
but what i didnt find is an accurate and informed analyzation of this
issues from the experts in this forum considering that this problem
seems to effect the products of corsair company and even causing
costly and unnecessary RMA"s to non faulty unites ...
i read through this thread and members are talking all kind of things based
on their limited searches and information's (google and so )
but we all like to see a real reply from the experts and admins of corsair
company or forum with a proper scientific degree ...
most properly corsair fixed this issue cause i bought my unit few month's ago
and there is no sign of this so called buzz or vibrations
so up to date you guys figured some remedies to your machines witch did
not necessarily worked with other members machines
but did any of you know why its happening ? i mean for a fact. not just speculations
like this :

with all do respect that all not correct and not based of science .
take care that we are countering high quality Advanced Technologies functions
that were made by scientists .either we are talking about intel
Enhanced Halt State (C1E) Technology or about the best power supply
out there in the market which is corsair .
its a case of sensitivity here you cant solve it at google , you know what i am
talking about guys ?
you cant solve such problems by disabling Technologys that you have paid for
and RMAS
you solve by simply knowing why its happening and more simply fix the
real reason not by deleting devices .
i feel needless to talk about this after one of the members expressed all what
i mean in a great reply :

My Corsair PSU is emitting an electrical "buzz" when using advanced power management, it is not functioning as a PSU should. I purchased this PSU to ensure ample power is available to components when required and that power is efficiently used when not needed.
I want to use C1E, C3/C6/C7 and EIST to minimise power usage when idle. What options do I have? I do not want to RMA this PSU only to be given an identical model which exhibits the exact same fault.

yes sir ,, thank you , we all want to use our hardware properly and benefit
from its Advanced enchantments that people worked hard to invent them
we dont want to delete them we want to fix them
and that can only be done if we knew why and what causing this issue .
so we dont talk what we dont know now . we wait a scientific explanation from
the people in charge or we just pass on it in silence .
