skevboon
I've had this headset for a few months now and I've absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, while I was trying to untangle the pesky cables, I pulled a little too hard and the cable that connects from the volume adjust to the USB came unplugged. Immediately, sound disconnected, and now Windows won't recognize my device. :( Am I SOL on this one, or could I possibly fix the headset by opening it up and soldering the cables or something? The blue light still comes on. I've attached a picture of the damage. :(( What do you think?
