tarnationsauce2
For my M50 I set the Corsair Report Rate Setting to 1ms, then after reboot it shows setting as 1ms but when measured it is showing 4ms (250Hz). All I have to do is click 1ms and it freezes for a couple seconds then shows 1ms (1000Hz) measured.
mastek
is this software bug or hardware error ? How to measure? Corsair's software?
tarnationsauce2
My guess is software bug. Since it shows 1ms (measured @4) and all I have to do is click 1ms (now measures @1) and it does change until I reboot. Then it reverts to 4ms but Corsair software shows setting at 1ms. You can test it with softwar from here: http://donewmouseaccel.blogspot.com/2010/03/markc-windows-7-mouse-acceleration-fix.html Download the 'MarkC Windows 7 Mouse Acceleration Fix' ZIP and in the ZIP is another ZIP of a program called MouseMovementRecorder.exe. Launch MouseMovementRecorder.exe and move the mouse around and it shows the frequency in Hz of the mouse. Report Rate (ms) = 1/frequency (Hz)
