TheSolidCrimson
I have been having issues with my headset communicating with the ICUE software. I just noticed when i go to sound in windows and look at the properties... the driver is a generic driver and I think this is the reason its not communicating with cue. I have tried to update the driver but it comes back saying that it is the best driver available. If im thinking correctly. This driver is associated with the usb dongle. The headset and software are up to date. is there a firmware image for the usb dongle somewhere so that i may try to fix this issue? If i cant get this addressed I will probably just return these. this has not been a pleasant purchase.

Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted July 10, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted July 10, 2018 If it's happening only in PUBG, have you brought it up with PUBG developers to see if it happens to other headsets for their game?
TheSolidCrimson
Yes and its not happening with any other headset. I have logitech g933s and arctis 7 (steel series). Does not happen with those. I just wanted to try a corsair product.
