Talrerian
Hi, I have been using my brand new Corsair SP2500 speakers for a grand total of a week and while playing music at a modest level, the subwoofer suddenly stopped working mid song. I have tried turning the system off, testing it on a phone, making sure night mode wasn't on and that the subwoofer wasn't muted. Nothing, the subwoofer just stopped and wont start again. I love these speakers to bits and if there is some way of getting them to work again i'd love to hear it as warranty would really suck :[pouts:
Toasted
Have you tried disconnecting the power cable for a few minutes then plugging it back in? If that does not help, contact your seller and ask if they can replace the speakers for you. It seems there may be a fault in the subwoofer. SaintDominic
mine also has no sound on the sub, well it does but the sub is loose, i can hear screws rolling around and the sub hitting the mounting board. a loose sub = no bass. oh and i unboxed it like that. how fun! my JBL pulse bluetooth speaker has more bass at this moment! haha, and night mode is off etc.
