Corsair Venegance M65 is not working (most functions)

I have recently bought M65 mice and found that it is not working on my desktop PC, my laptop, my fathers laptop and my friend desktop. Cursor is not moving, but I can see led working and I can use mouse wheel (but it lags a lot). Clicking other buttons does not help. Tried to install software, update firmware, different usb ports. I am expert PC user, but still, even with the help of my father who works in IT, we failed to made it to work as intended.

If you can, have you tried adjusting the Lift Height? (Can be found in the software)

Have you tried different surfaces? Does the cursor move?

 

 

If it still does not move, Contact your seller and ask if they can replace it for you. If not, request an RMA to replace the mouse.

No, neither adjusting the lift height or changing the surface type helps, cursor stands still and mouse buttons does not react.

Just one more question - on my mice it say it got Rev. AB, is there any newer revision exist, or upcoming revision is excepted any time soon?

I'm not sure if Rev. AB is the latest so a Corsair employee will have to answer that. You can ask in the comment section in your ticket.
