Sumanth Posted August 28, 2015 Share Posted August 28, 2015 Hi, i am sumanth from India. My 8 GBx2 corsair RAM have some problem. I requested for RMA in bangalore, NH Road kaizen infoserve pvt ltd. ( its corsair service centre in bangalore.) i given RAM on 17th August 2015, today 28th August its 12 days. At at that time they said it will take 7 to 10 days for replacement. Now its more than 12 days but still no update. I am daily calling them and they are saying courier late. Daily same cause courier not arrived. I dont know what it means. I am really dissapointed with bangalore corsair service. Its fully corsair fault to hire those type of people. No responsibility. No customer satisfaction. Please someone help me on this issue.
