Tzseng Posted November 12, 2018 Share Posted November 12, 2018 As title, 7.1 Surround and sound profile on my ST100 RGB Stand suddenly not working. Only normal stereo sound. When i clicked on those buttons, only voice prompt but nothing changes. I had tried re-install icue (latest version), force update firmware but still no luck. But worked flawlessly in my other PC... anyway to totally remove corsair drivers? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Corsair Employee Corsair Mint Posted November 13, 2018 Corsair Employee Share Posted November 13, 2018 You can remove the drivers from Device Manager, it should be under Audio Inputs and outputs. Right click to uninstall and check the box to delete the driver. Then, when you reconnect it/reinstall iCUE, it'll reinstall it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
