I have been using these headphones for 8 months i think and i really like them But one day when i started my headphones the left speaker was really low in sound compared to the right. The quality of the sound was bad to. :[pouts: Im not that kind of person that person that have a high volume so i don't think i caused it my self. If you are in the warranty period, yes, you can get the headset replaced by Corsair. Request an RMA to replace the headset and make sure you upload a picture of the invoice as proof of purchase.
