Steve555 Posted April 13, 2015 Share Posted April 13, 2015 Hi, my PC appears dead and won't switch on, no fans, leds or anything. I suspect it might be the RM650 PSU, but as the fan does not spin at low loads, how can I tell if the PSU is on or dead.
