spazticclown
Hi there, I have a system with a Corsair CMFSSD-128D1 drive. I am attempting to check drive consistency as it may be a factor in the system's problems. However I don't know of a utility specifically for SSD drives. I have found mixed results with google searches and would like your take on this. If a utility like Samsung's drive diagnostics or Seatools will work fine then that would be great to have confirmed too. Thanks
Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted December 8, 2009 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 8, 2009 Currently there is no test utility for SSD drives that I am aware of, SSD drives do not work the same as a spinning HDD and those utilities will not run or test properly on SSD Drives. What is the problem you see?

Corsair Employee RAM GUY Posted December 9, 2009 Corsair Employee Share Posted December 9, 2009 Crystal Disk tools are a benchmark utility not a testing software and that was what the original poster was asking for. Wired
You're still not listening Quad. That software doesn't test the drive.
