Slim1987 Posted November 28, 2015 Share Posted November 28, 2015 I bought a brand new corsair cx750m PSU early October 2015 from Amazon and last night my PC suddenly turned off, it wouldn't turn back on so I tried the cable on my Xbox 360 but nothing. Today I bought a brand new power cable hooked it up and saw a spark and heard a bang, the fuse box cut out and the PC is no longer safe to turn on with that PSU inside it. I have not got the skills to dissect it but a friend who built the PC is going to swap it over for my old one. It's nothing special, was £30 tops and was making a rattling sound, hence why I got the new one. I hope the rest of my PC is fine and I can be helped with a replacement since Amazon have declared my item as "not eligible for return" since somehow the window is less than a couple of months (typical) Any help will be very much appreciated since I'am devastated about this, my new desk literally arrived yesterday.
