Default h70 first time building pc

Hi,

I have mounted the 2 cablse to the fans on the motherboard. but there are to extra cables remaining, where do i put these? or are these extensions, the ability to connect them to the PSU if i want to? is it necessary?

You have everything on paper with H70.
Cable from H70 pump you connect on motherboard some chasis fan header(always spin at full speed, around 1450RPM).

2 fans connect like this

and that last cable connect on CPU Fan header somewhere above CPU socket or near RAM slots.

I got to be honest the manual of the H70 is not that good. it should be more detailed.
