Question Case #4821519

Hi there, if at all possible could i please have a status update on the above case? As far as i can tell from the tracking link, it shows that the items were as follows:

Defective Parts Received on: 7/16/2012

I've spoken with our customer service department and it looks like we do not have that specific model in stock anymore. They will be contacting you shortly with a recommended replacement model. If for some reason you do not receive their email please let us know.
