I have 2 Sticks of CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 Which i brought of ebay oct 2010 my pc has been running ok but lately i started to get random crashing/restarting and 2 days ago my pc crashed while in a game and when restarting would no longer boot to windows it would get to point were bios screen finishes and windows starts and would just reboot after a lot of trying this and that removed both sticks of memory and put one on its own in and it booted fine swapped the sticks over and problem came back tried it in all 4 slots and had same results

so what i now need to no is how do i go about getting it replaced and as i got them as a pair at the time would i need both replacing
any help gratefully received thanks Don

You will need to send in both sticks back so you get a matched set back.

Just use the link on the left to request your RMA.
