Default m90 resets to default & stays there

Hi, this is another problem I'm having with the m90.

Firstly, every single day when I switch on my PC the mouse is either dead, or the cursor lags or is stuck in the vertical axis. Every single day I have to update the firmware again to remove this issues. Is this normal?

Secondly, when I switched on my PC today, after re-installing the firmware to un-brick the mouse, it has suddenly returned to its default state. In the m90 control panel all my setting are still there, saved under profile 1, which is the active and locked profile. For example, I have moved the sniper function from default button 14 to button 15, and it says that in the control panel, but when I press button 15 nothing happens. The same goes with all the other buttons, I've assigned buttons forward and back to buttons 8 and 9, and the control panel says this, but when i press them, they don't have those functions, instead, forward and back is back to default buttons 7 and 8.

All my macros are not working, even with hardware acceleration enabled. The mouse buttons that had macros assigned to them yesterday just aren't working - they are back to having no function, like it was when I took the mouse out of the box.

Worst of all, the mouse won't accept any new button assignments or macros from me today. I mean I can reassign different functions to the buttons in the control panel, and it saves the settings as such, but when I press the buttons on the mouse, they are still performing their vanilla, default functions. The mouse is thus stuck on it's factory default settings.

I might as well put a stone on my desk if this is the kind of problems Im going to have to face with this mouse every day. Please, can someone help me resolve this issue?
