Sad M90 - Software reports Firmware as N/A

Before, I had hardware playback turned on and everything was fine. The software for the mouse said the firmware's 1.08. I was testing things out so I turned off hardware playback and tried to use the different profiles.

Afterwards, I tried to re-enable hardware playback but it tells me, "this function is not supported by your mouse firmware. Please update your mouse firmware to the latest version." I checked the info panel and this is what it gave me:

Code:
Software: 1.00.00.02
USB Mouse:
VID: 0x1B1C
PID: 0x1B31
Manufacturer: Corsair
Product: Corsair Vengeance M90 Mouse
Firmware: NA
Windows: Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
I tried reflashing using the firmware reflash tool from the stickied guide. I tried uninstalling, restarting and reinstalling and it still gave me the same firmware report. I tried switching it to a different USB ports. I even went as far as reformatting, which only fixed the problem until I disabled hardware playback and tried to use the mouse without it on.

Very odd. Can you try to re flash the firmware on another machine?

I reflashed the firmware on another machine and the software installed on that machine is reporting the firmware properly. I plugged it back to the original machine and I could not get the problem to show up again.

Then again, I didn't test it with SWTOR running on the original machine. I was trying to test my bindings for that game when I noticed the problem. I'll get back to you again later in the day, after I've tested the mouse with SWTOR running.

Either way, thank you very much for your help, RAM GUY :)

Try as I might, I cannot reproduce the problem.

I'd consider it solved. If the problem does crop up again in the future, I'll post here.
