I wish to leave a brief post to express my sicere gratitude & appreciation to Kevin P from customer support, to whom I spoke with via telephone from Australia on a couple of occassions & also Ramguy who had the decency to email me when I had to hang up on Corsair, as there was a long wait on hold.
I am amazed by the courtesy & prefessionalism I was given & to both above mentioned people who went well & truly out of their way to help me with a power supply issue.
I sincerely appreciate everything that was done for me to rectify the problem I had.
I have used many Corsair products & will continue to do so. Corsair after sales support is second to none.
