Question No more lanyards?

I contacted the support services, I was issued an rma (but the drive is functional so I don't want to send it in), and all of my calls about getting one ends with a message left on voicemail that is never returned.

Is there something else I have to do to receive a Corsair lanyard?

Should I proceed with the RMA anyway?

Or is there no way to get one for my 30GB Corsair Flash Voyager?
