Case #2659410

I just received a message from your RMA service offering me a free return for my disk.

For What reason I'll have to send you a disk that I just received from your RMA service and which is no anymore in my possession?

I just ask you a refund for my old sending that all. I don't need a free replacement thank you.

Do you think I will have my refund one day?

Regards

I really hope that's a big joke!

Yes my drive was under warranty so I asked a refund to my dealer and He had accept it. Now the disk is not in my possession anymore.

The disk was in perfect condition and I did not opening the package after receiving it from your RMA service. So, even if I had still it, Why would I need to return it to your RMA service again for nothing?
Could you explain me that because I Don't understand?

Do you think Corsair will refund my money one day?

Thank you in advance.

Tech support and the forum cannot assist you with this. This is a customer service matter now. Please work it out with them.

Hi!

my ssd is CSSD-F120GB2B/RF2 (so refurb) and it 's not detected in Corsair_Force_Series_Update_Tool_2_0, it is normal?
I want test "crystal disk info" and it says disk not found, it is normal again?

TY

Use the 5.03 FW update tool.
Is AHCI enabled?
