Hi I wonder if anyone here can help.
I submitted my RMA form over a month ago after being advised to do so by a Tech Support rep. I've since then heard nothing, despite sending emails to email@example.com
asking for an update!
The product in question is the 650D Corsair case - which although is a fantastic case - has a defect with the perspex side window meaning everything behind it is blurred!
It'd be nice to get the replacement part sent to me by xmas as I've got a few people coming over that I'd like to show it off to!
