Default Toshiba Satellite P105-S6024

I have a Toshiba Satellite P105-S6024
the spec compliance for ram is PC2-4200. I currently have 1024 MB DDR2 SDRAM (min 512 max 4 GB). I know that it can operate with one but it is recommended to use two of the same RAM with the same clock speed. Most of the RAM that I found that are 5300 are backwards compatible with the 4200 and they usually say so on the package or on their website. BestBuy has the Corsair 1GB (VS1GB667D2) on sale for 34.99 but it does not say whether or not it is backwards compatible. Can anyone verify if I am able to use this RAM in my laptop? Also, FYI, the Corsair website does not have the P105-S6024 in their choices when looking up compatibility (actually the only site that I found that had it was ********.com).
