Default can't update firmware

Running the same problem here. Updater cannot detect my ForceGT 180G. I have the drive plugged in SATA port, running latest chipest driver and had AHCI enabled.

Do you have it plugged into an Intel or AMD SATA port? Did you right click the tool and select run as admin?

Mine was doing the same thing. Following another thread I updated the Intel Rapid Storage Technology Driver and its working no problem now.
