  1. Email from Corsair support... Good day, If the LL120 are flickering kindly go over to the iCUE software and under lighting channel set the fan series to LL120 and make it 6fans connected instead of just 3 and also make sure that the only fan connected to your RGB hub should be LL120's if there is a different series of fan connected to your RGB it will break the communication. After reboot I haven't seen any flicker. UPDATE: After several hours I do see flicker.
  2. Did anyone get this fixed? I'm been having this same issue for the last month.
  3. Thanks I'll give this a try. I'm also using a Corsair PSU LOL.
  4. I bought a CORSAIR Obsidian 500D RGB last November. Not sure if the commander pro is going bad, but all of the LL120 RGB fans are sporadically flickering. Icue is updated, any firmware has been updated. Any ideas? Thanks
  5. It seems like you are referring to hardware issue as in broken. 7 of 7 couldn't all be broken? I'm talking about all the pumps have a design flaw, like we'll soon see a V2 model.
  6. This doesn't prove that its not a hardware issue. I think quite the opposite.
  7. I don't think it can be fixed or it would have already been done.
  8. What is Eastern? All speculation. I'm not convinced that we will get the type of resolution we expect. But hey, Corsair will keep kicking out new products for you to purchase.
  9. I wonder if this will be another week of no resolution to this issue.
  10. iCue 3.12.118 did not fix the issue for me. I uninstalled old version and used ccleaner, installed new version. Arc is running now on 115i Platinum pump. USB disconnect persists. WTF?
