  1. Hi, I recently bought the M65 RGB Elite mice, and i can not save the settings in it. After connecting, the HW profile in iCUE is not displayed. I tried what in THIS topic, but it did not help. Is there any way to to fix this or reset the mice? @Edited: I solve my problem with this: 1. Unplug the mouse. 2. With the mouse unplugged, hold down the left and right click. 3. While holding down the left and right click, plug the mouse back into the computer. 4. After about 5 seconds, release the left and right click. 5. Update the mouse firmware.
  2. I will start a new thread tomorrow. And i'm sorry but english is not my main language. @Edited: New thread about M65 RGB Elite.
  3. I do not understand. I wrote what I did and what's next is wrong. if I deal with it, I will write for sure. If I do not solve the problem in a few days, I will replace it. I really appreciate your help.
  4. I did that befor posting screenshots, I also checked on fresh win10, the problem is still the same. You should start a new thread. I send my mouse to the store for exchange. Give here a link to the new thread.
  5. Thank's for quick response ;] But there's not. I need to create manually new HW profile (Profile 2). Maybe I'm doing something wrong, here's my screenshots from icue:
  6. I have M65 Elite too, and i tried 3.7.99 to 3.11.114 i've got only "your profile was not saved due to a lack of onboard storage space" It's a new mice, i have her a few hours. Is it a mouse fault? You tried to add new profile for mice and select hardware profile?
