I have this exact issue. If I leave my PC on my fans will eventually turn on (RGB). They worked fine for the first 5 days and then they started being wonky. This feels like a hardware/Software issue but it's so inconsistent it's hard to tell. initially it was my lighting node that was broke since only 3x fans owuld light up. Switched it out but still have issues.
